The Website provides general information about Pansoft and our group companies, our services (including Oracle services, cloud infrastructure, security, identity and access management, managed services, analytics and Ellucian solutions), our insights and our career opportunities.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Pansoft regarding your use of the Website.
